APRICOT PEACH CHILLER
1 can (about 9 ounces) apricots in heavy syrup
1 cut -up frozen peach slices
1/2 cup frozen whole unsweetened strawberries
1 container (6 ounces) vanilla yogurt
1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice(optional)
1. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover; process 15 to 30 seconds until smooth, using on/off pulsing actions to break up chunks.
2. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. Makes 3 servings.

Soy Apricot Peachy Chiller: Substitute 1 container (6 ounces) vanilla or peach soy yogurt for regular vanilla yogurt.
