KIWI PINEAPPLE CREAM
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 container (6 ounces) key lime yogurt
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
1 table spoon honey
1. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover; process 15 to 30 seconds until smooth, using on/off pulsing actions to break up chunks.
2. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. Makes 2 servings
Kiwi Chai Smoothie: Add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon and a pinch of cloves before blending.
