MANGO BATIDO


1 large mango
1 3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons frozen orange-peach-mango juice concentrate
4 ice cubes
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
1. Peel mango. Cut fruit away from pit; cut into cubes.
2. Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.
MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
Tip: Chill mango before preparing recipe or use frozen mango pieces.
