SOY MANGO SMOOTHIE


1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 container (6 ounces) vanilla soy yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover; process 30 to 45 seconds or until mixture is smooth, using on/off pulsing action to break up chunks.

2. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.

Makes 2 servings.
