BERRY SOY-CREAM BLEND


2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 can (14 ounces) blackberries with juice
1 cup (8 ounces) almond milk or soy milk
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup (4 ounces) soft tofu enriched with calcium
1. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings.
