TOFU PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE

1 banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup soft tofu
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey or 1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 to 2 ice cubes
1. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover; process 15 to 30 seconds until smooth, using on/off pulsing action to break up ice.
2. Pour into glass; serve immediately.
Makes 1 serving.
