STRAWBERRY-BANANA SMOOTHIE
2 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries, hulled
2 bananas, sliced
1 container (8 ounces) low fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup rice bran
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 to 2 tablespoons honey
Cover and freeze strawberries and sliced bananas until firm, about 4 hours or overnight. Combine strawberries, bananas, yogurt, milk, bran, lemon juice and honey in blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately in chilled serving glasses.
Makes 4 servings.
