VALENTINE SMOOTHIE


1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 ripe banana, sliced
2 tablespoons strawberry jam
1 tablespoon honey or granulated sugar
3 or 4 drops red food coloring


1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover; blend at high speed 20 seconds or until foamy.

2. Pour into glasses. Garnish as desired. Serve immediately.


Makes 2 servings.



Tip: Change the flavors of this recipe to make it a year-round treat. Substitute your favorite flavor of yogurt and use any fruit combination, such as a mix of frozen berries or cherries.
