TOFU FRUIT & VEGGIE SMOOTHIE
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup soft tofu
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1 container (about 2 1/2 ounces) baby food carrots
1. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover; process 15 to 30 seconds until smooth, using on/off pulsing action to break up chunks.
2. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings.
